At Fanatics Supplies, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible sports equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
